Is Coaching the same as therapy?
No. Therapy relies on reviewing, honoring and repairing the past. Coaching is 100% forward thinking. If a situation arises that may require therapy, your coach will guide you toward seeking professional therapy separately from the coaching experience. This will allow the client to work through and repair any past obstacles that may hinder our forward facing goals.

We employ a democratic (fully engaged/participative) coaching style that follows the same general principles of democracy itself, as it takes into account the interests, concerns, and choices of the people involved.
With democratic coaching, the client takes an active role in determining coaching goals and the methods used to achieve them. While client input is an essential element of democratic coaching, coaches have the last word when it comes to decision making.
